how I can help

Nutrition is my way of life.

I have a strong background in cooking. My interests have always included nutrition, which led me to the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. After graduating in 2016, I continued taking courses. I have gained additional certification in Mental Health, Immunology, Safe and Effective Supplementation and an Introduction to Herbs.

I support clients to achieve their own best results with Whole Foods, Natural Supplements, and lots of Vitamin L.

My clients quickly alleviate nutritional deficiencies, loose unwanted weight, improve digestion and intestinal health, lesson food cravings, journal and understand food sensitivities, and relieve symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, and mood swings

I offer my clients and customers Thorne Brand Supplements to address deficiencies and to reverse the damage done by consuming a diet high in processed foods made high fructose corn syrup, sugar, starch, and bad oils.

Supplements need to be taken in the right dose, form, and frequency to achieve optimum results.

I offer a courtesy consultation over the phone or at my office in Cumberland. I offer packages and services that suit each of my clients individually.
